Return Policy
RETURN POLICY: Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would love to exchange or refund the product but please make sure you meet the following terms and conditions:
Returns are only accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
* Return must be completed through the return form on our website or by sending an email to hello@oudies.com
* The returned product should be in our original OUDiES branded bag with the receipt intact, and the OUDIES name tag still tied to the item.
* The product must be in its new original condition and with it’s original packaging. Any return item that’s worn, damaged, or altered in any way will not be permitted to return.
* We have the right to decline a return request if the product is used, damaged or soiled and the product will be sent back to the customer.
EXCHANGES: If the item is available, we may be able to complete the exchange. (Current stock is limited, so exchanges will fully depend on the availability of the new item you'd like to order.)
*Please note, exchanges will be extremely difficult to process at this time as the majority of items are currently sold out.
